Bolivian Ram swollen! Worms?

Hi,

I recently got 2 bolivian ram cichlids for my 180L community tank. All going well the past 3 days except I've noticed that the smaller one of the two has a bump at the anal area and what looks to be a worm or something protruding (see photos). I noticed he has had poo but hard to see if it's parasitic or not. I'm curious what this could be? Possibly worms or parasites of some sort? He's behaving fine and eating as normal.

Water Parameters:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20
Ph 7.5

I have Seachem Paraguard, esha2000, api general cure in my meds armoury! Any ideas what this could be or how I could treat it?

Thanks!

It doesn't look like camallanus worms since the thing poking out is a brownish color, it's probably poop. However, the anus is swollen. A201 can probably help.

Things look a little swollen down there & a little prolapsed. As long as the Ram is eating and otherwise acting normally, likely no worries. Probably just a little constipated.

Thanks for the response and advice! He was begging for food just like the other bolivian ram (without any problems) and the rest of the tank. He's behaving and swimming normal. I'll keep an eye on him going forward.

I noticed the other bolivian ram guards an area of the tank and chases him away if he gets too close. I think I know who's boss between the two anyway. From what I've read this is normal territorial behaviour?

Thank you. First time keeping them. Loving them so far! Really personable :)

Got some more snaps of him this evening. Seems to be a stringy substance trailing behind him (see photos). He's eating ok and still very active. Only fish in tank with this symptom.
