Bolivian ram laying on side

Got up this morning to see my bolivian ram hiding in his little barrel rock on his side. I initially thought he was dead. After moving the barrel he began to swim around but he keeps going belly up and twisting around when he tries to then goes back to laying on his side and breathing heavily. Not sure what is wrong or what to do. I don't have an extra tank right now to put him in. The one I had got cracked. I just did a water change Wednesday. I have other fish in the tank and they seem fine. Very active and eating and swimming fine. Do I need to be concerned for them as well?

MacZ could the swim bladder have emptied?
Not without severe trauma. And I won't say anything without any further info on the tank and its background.

Nitrates shouldn’t be the problem here… are any of the other rams particularly aggressive?

They are but never with this one. He has always stayed to himself. The other 2 pick at each other every now and then but they've never bothered him. Although I have seen the one that is sick mess with them occasionally but only If they try to get in his hiding spot

If he’s the agressive one at times that wouldn’t be it. Honestly I’m not that experienced with disease I would let Mac.z help. I have a sick Bolivian right now as well, he has helped me and it’s starting to get better

Maintenance looks ok. Conditions... meh. Could be better. Temp is a bit high for that species, pH as well. Feeding is subpar.
How does the tank as a whole look?

My best guess: Bad stock from a less than reliable source. There is nothing you can do anymore.
