I've been ruminating over the future inhabitants for my 35 gal long tank, and after concluding Neon blue Rasboras are inappropriate for my level of experience, I have been looking for other options. Namely, Boeseman's rainbowfish. Can I safely keep a school of these with khuli loaches? I'm thinking these two will be all I want in my tank. Is there enough space for a group of 4 of these and 6 khulis? Thanks.

They should be fine, though temperatures will have to find a middle ground as i believe boeseman's need a bit warmer. Theyre gorgeous fish, i considered them myself too, but i decided against it because my gourami is a turd and i cant trust he would leave them alone. But their personality should be just fine with kuhlis IMO

They work well together in my tank. 5 rainbows and 5 kuhlis( those aren’t the only fish In the tank.) I keep my temp at 74.5 degrees F.
