2FF1C601-31C4-491F-A865-C8D31D43E519.jpeg I checked on all my fish this morning (a bn pleco & 3 panda cories) and they were fine. This evening I was about to do a water change and noticed that my bn girl was laying upside down over by a plant and turns out she was dead

I took her out and put her in a different container to get some pictures, she appears to have some white spots on her. The other three cories are doing fine, any ideas on why she died?

0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, about 40 nitrates

Aww, sorry about the pleco!
Do you have sufficient wood for it to rasp on for digestion?

I'm so sorry about your fish. How old was she?

I think so. Here’s a full tank shot for reference. There’s about 6 pieces.

Around a year

I suspect it was not digesting foods properly, they can easily die from that.

He can confirm for you why your pleco may have died.
