BN bullied

In my 75 gallon Mbuna tank I have recently introduced a BN pleco. I got an extra large so he'd be stronger than smaller ones. In with him is 3 yellow labs and a hybrid Mbuna who is partly yellow lab. I'm not sure if he's being bullied but he always hides in a large rock and never comes out. His tail also looks a little ragged. These are some signs of bullying I've had before so what should I do?

Remove the bn pleco. If he isn't getting food and is always hiding that's not good.

I have a hospital tank I could move him into.
As the 75 gallon tank isn't stocked yet could I finish stocking it and then move him back in as then the aggression would be more spread out and the Mbuna would be busy annoying each other rather than him

That's a great idea! I would have personally added the bn pleco first before any of the other fish...

He was added shortly after the mbunas and no territories had formed yet
