I lost two of my eclipse a cpl week ago due to power outage. My bluegill and pleco survived so I have a 150 with a six yr old BG and a common pleco young maybe a yr fairly small. Maybe 4 or 5 inches. Tank stays around 73 to 75 degrees. No heater at the moment. Unless its neccesary. But my bg does better in cooler temps as he is now.Tank is pretty bare and ihave been looking for new tank mates but haven't found anything I like but these guys ive always found attarctive. And Buzz is aggresive and I want a tankmate that is the same I'm pretty sure that this tank can handle more fish mzybe a couple pictus cats 3 maybe? Ive read they do well in groups anybody have any thoughts or comments? Would adding three be overstocked?

Well, my concerns would be that the pictus and the bluegill wouldn't get along, but I'd still try it and see how it works out. I think it will be fine.

Well when he was with 2 cats he picked but they picked back. But I have a feeling that a shoal would be less likely to be picked on.
