Blue Velvet Shrimp with two colours in a clutch of eggs

AquaticLeopard

Some background: I have 15 blue velvet shrimp in my quarantine tank where they have been for the last 4 weeks. Two of the shrimp were berried when I got them and have since hatched their shrimplets. Three shrimp have become berried in the last week and a half. All of these clutches of eggs have been a light orange/cream colour.

Today I noticed another berried shrimp, however, this clutch is two toned. Some of the eggs are a darker brown and some of them are the same light orange/cream as the rest of the berried shrimp. Has anyone seen this before?

I have been trying to catch a photo of it, but I think another female has molted so all the males are swimming around madly. She is mostly hiding in the plants to avoid them.
