How big are they? Hard to say but I think the L128 is a juvenile male. Can't help with the Rusty Pleco.

How big are you looking for? Blue Phantoms get 6-7" and Rusty Plecos get to about 11". In that range I would suggest a Galaxy Pleco (L007, L240). If your tank is big enough, a Gold Nugget gets to about 10" but can be territorial or a Royal Pleco (L191) but they get to about 16".

I have a 4" L128 and recently got a 2.5" L007.

My tank is just under 900 litres and looking for a plec within the same sort of size range of the other two. Is the galaxy plec also a vampire plec? I get confused with all the l numbers generally speaking the Plecos I have don’t seem to mind each other unless it’s over a piece of cucumber

Yes, the Galaxy Pleco is also called a Vampire Pleco. Mine is slow to sense food in the water but once he does, he's not shy eating.

I have 2 tanks with 2 plecos and I have to put 2 cucumbers in each so they don't fight. Otherwise, they get along.

Decided on a golden Nugget pleco, got him round about an hour ago and all of them are on some lettuce enjoying each other’s company

Congrats! Where are the pics???

The Gold Nugget was in my top 3 but I only have a 75 gallon so I thought it would be a bit tight with another pleco and 8 cories given they can be aggressive towards other bottom dwellers. My Vampire Pleco is in my 40 gallon to grow out a bit before moving him to the 75g.
