So I have 3 cherry shrimps but one of them has a blue colour around it's head area. Is it normal?? It looks like it's inside the shrimp and not on the surface.

Potentially a female getting ready to produce eggs. Most cherry shrimp show yellow in this area when ripening (and subsequently will have yellow eggs), but some do produce green eggs and so will show green at this time. Filtered through the red carapace, it could look bluish rather than green.
