blue devil damsel

hey guys,


what's the smallest size tank I can put ONE blue devil damsel in? he would be the only fish in the tank.

It can get approximately 3 inches as an adult so I wouldn't recommend anything smaller than 30 gallons.

If he is the only one, a 5-10 gallon would be ok. I had one in a 5 and was doing great. I had to breakdown my tank thoug, as I found out it was leaking.

sorry about your tank. that really sux. but I have a 5.5 gallon that I was going to put him in so he should be fine right?

If he is by himself he will be fine, well in my personal opinion.

agree that a 10 gallon would be fine for a single damsel fish

I wouldn't do anything smaller than a 10 on damsels or any fish at that ratio!!!
