Bloodworms causing White Stringy Poop?

Hey guys,
So after reading that bloodworms provide more fat to pregnant female guppies, thus helping them provide more fry, I ran out to buy some. So I came home with omega one frozen bloodworms, and promptly fed half a cube to my tank.

The next morning I notice my oldest female having a long strand of white poop similar to internal parasites. I've had these fish for over two months now with no change, no new fish, the water is pristine.... Why is this so? The female seems to still be eating, ( even ate a few duckweed at feeding time ).

Should I treat the tank? Or is it just the bloodworms?

Do you have any picture of it? Before you fed bloodworms, any similar sign of poop?

Guppies don't really get much in the way of "internal parasites" they get camallanus worms. Or a internal bacterial infection can cause stringy poop, also it may just be the food is causing upset tummy. Keep an eye on them and notify us if there are any additional symptoms.
You could try API "general cure" if you want to, later on if it doesn't go away and there are no other symptoms, it has metronidazole and praziquentel, a anti- internal bacteria and protozoa, and prazi. is a mild de-wormer.

I only have one small dose of metro left, I've heard of people using dog dewormer... Does that work?

pancur? no the worms are resistant. You think your guppies have camallanus? Check them all for red threads coming out their anal vent.
I'm not sure where you can get levimasole, but I can tell you fenbendazole, the dog dewormer, does not work for camallanus. Ive tried it several times.

No red from the fish except for red normal looking poop from Kens Color Flakes. Should I treat the tank or just fast it for a few days?
