Bloodworm Portions For Betta And Goldfish?

Hey!!
I feed both my goldfish and my betta Omega One pellets everyday. I give my goldfish 5-6 Omega One small goldfish pellets, and I give my betta 3 Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets daily.
Today I thought it would be a good idea to feed them each some frozen bloodworms instead! How many should I give my common goldfish (who is 2 inches long, not including his tail) and how many should I give my betta?
Thank you!

I don't know too much about frozen bloodworms...

My fish eat freeze dried bloodworms, and I just give them a little pinch mixed with their flake food.

Are you getting the blister pack cubes of frozen, or a big slab, or what?

If it's the blister pack, try splitting a cube in half (a knife should do it) and dropping that in, see what happens.

If it's a slab, break a piece off roughly the size of a dime and see.

If they don't eat it all in a couple minutes, give less next time. If they Wolf it and ask for more, your call.

When I had a Betta, I would give 2 strands, once a week from a frozen pack. Make sure if you use frozen, you thaw out in tank water ( in a bowl ) or if you use the freeze dried ( not as nutritious ) you soak in tank water first until it expands ( so its not bloating inside the stomach )
You don't want to overfeed the betta due to constipation tendencies.

I don't know about the goldfish - sorry

Two strands?

Like, pick two bloodworm off?

Your bloodworm must come packaged awfully different to ours...

Are yours in a frozen pack/cube that has the blister foil pack?

Either that or a giant slab that you take a hammer to (my preference as you can get it cheap, bust it all up and dump it in a tub, then just pick a piece out as needed).
