Bloodworm Feeding

To be honest with you, I have never fed bloodworms before until late december. So, I bought HikarI Bio-Pure Frozen Bloodworms, and I have 5 panda corydoras that I will feed it to. Sometimes, my other fish will come and eat some of the bloodworms when their suppose to eat flakes and bits.

So, I've been feeding partial cubes each every day (sometimes I feed whole cube and sometimes I skip a day, if I skip that day, I feed cory shirmp wafer). I've heard some people say that these are treats and should feed like 3 times a week, and some say to feed frozen bloodworm everyday. LFS suggested 1/3 cube once every day.

But, I want to do it like this:

Everyday, I feed a whole cube everyday each day to my five cories ( some of my fish will come along and eat some because they don't want to cooperate with me and don't want to eat the flakes and just eat a bit of those flakes).

Is this ok to do? Is this overfeeding?

Lfs is wrong. I feed my fish bloodworms once a week at most normally once everyother week. They have no nutrional value. If you want to feed frozen food id recoomend brine, krill, mysis shrikp etc.... cories will appreciate a good sinking pellet as well.

When it comes to feeding fish variety is normally best.

Also feeding fish everyday isn't necessary. I skip a day a week.

They have some nutritional value obviously, but they're not great as a main diet. I feed them 2-3 times a week some weeks (and some weeks only once a week or not at all).

It's weird that my LFS said that they only feed their panda cories HikarI Bio-Pure Frozen Bloodworms
