I have a bronze cory with a blood-red lower fin. (Sorry I don't know the technical name- it's the fin on the bottom.) I just noticed it today. It's been eating and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it. Any idea what this might be? Thanks.

I have aquarium sand substrate, so I don't think it's that. If it is some kind of scrape, will it heal on its own? Thanks.
