Blood Parrot Or Oscar?

Hey guys I got a fish from Walmart, which goes against all that I believe in, but this little guy was about to be eaten alive. So any way they had the fish mislabeled and I can't tell if he is a blood parrot or an Oscar can any one help me?

It is a blood parrot but not a true blood parrot. It has more character of a red devil.

 

Looks like a very low grade of parrot.

 

I'd say blood parrot hybrid. He's beautiful!
