My blood parrot is in a tank with 6 tetras and an angelfish. It has its own half of the tank and the angelfish has the other. The only problem is, the blood parrot is being a huge bully to her tankmates. What do I do to get her to calm down?

Take it out of that tank. Parrots are a bad tank mate for tetras and also angelfish if it's smaller and less aggressive.
How big is the tank?

55 gallon, but the angelfish is around 6 inches and the blood parrot 7. But the angelfish starts as many fights as the blood parrot, and I've recently gotten another rock for it to hide behind, which has calmed it a little.

Sounds like both want the whole space which I think is completely normal.
This. You might want a bigger tank. 55 is pretty big but so are blood parrots and once an angel gets situated in a tank it takes aggressive ownership of said tank.

So should I rehome the angelfish? if so, can I replace it with another BP?
