Bloated Guppy- at a loss

HI all,
I have a 29G tank with 2 corys, 5 guppies, 6 neon tetras and random snails that came in on the plants I bought. My ph is 6.8, Ammonia and Nitrite are 0 and my Nitrate is 10. I have a guppy that is extremly bloated. I searched all of the forums and I am unable to find a solution. It is not pineconing and I didn't see a black mark under it's belly to suggest it is a female. I must give credit to everyone and their posted pictures. I never realized how difficult it was to take a picture of the fish until now so please forgive the blurry ness.

 

Is it a female? Perhaps she is pregnant?

 

To tell the difference between a male and female guppy you look at their analfins. A female will have a fan shaped fin, a male will have tube shaped fin called a gonopodium which they breed females with. Some females don't have a very visible gravid spot-depends on the color of the guppy.

If it is a male it could be constipated,(try feeding it a pea) it could be bloat but you said it is not pineconed. It could also be fatty liver which some male guppies get. A diet of too rich food can cause it.
Some male guppies are just heavy chested. If it is swimming okay and eating and pooping I would just give it a few days.

Yes, it does have an elongated gonopodium. I've feed it a pea and I'm just waiting. He is swimming by himself separate from the other guppies. And swims away when the other guppies comes nearby. He's just slow moving. I'm hoping he will be ok.

 

UGH! I just noticed he started pineconing. Does anyone know the name of the medication for dropsy? I called the places around me and they didn't know what I was talking about. I would like to save him.
