Bloated Gourami

I have a dwarf gourami that appears to be bloated. I’ve only fed him a few peas over the past 3 days in case he was constipated. The peas haven’t seemed to work so I’m not sure what to do. He’s been bloated for about 5 days now.

I agree, looks like dropsy. For some reason the second photo isn't showing up for me but in my experience dropsy bloats the fish out like that, while a bloated stomach from overeating is more often a downward stomach bloat.

If I were you, I'd start an Epsom salt bath and antibiotics.
1/2 a tablespoon or so per gallon in a separate container of Epsom salt. Let it dissolve then add fish for no more than 15 minutes. Move fish to a QT/hospital tank (preferably cycled, but if not, maybe add filter media or something from the current tank to help with that) and monitor. If there's an internal infection causing that bloat, antibiotics like Kanaplex (kanamycin) and/or medicated food with Metroplex (Metronidazole) will combat that.

You'll need to act very quickly because it's day 5 and dropsy (well, the cause of dropsy) can kill quickly. Best case scenario is that it's an infection that can be treated in time and not an organ failure.
