Bleach Or Vinegar?

I have been dealing with a fungus in my axolotl tank and I have decided to do a very very thorough cleaning. I moved the axolotl to a 10 to treat him for the very minute case of fungus he has and it seems to have disappeared after one treatment. As far as his normal tank, I triple dosed it with salt in the hopes that it would kill off the fungus however I woke up to even more fungus than there was last night. So I emptied the entire tank and threw out all the decor. I am going to let it air dry a few days and then I want to deep clean it again. Now I have heard very different opinions on how to clean a big tank and I am very very very hesitant to use bleach but I am also worried that vinegar alone won't kill this immortal fungus. I have also heard about people using hydrogen peroxide??? If you were in this situation and needed to sanitize a Bio-Contaminated tank how would you go about it and what would you use?(PS I know that I killed my cycle but a lot of fungus resided in the sponge filters so it was inevitable)

I prefer vinegar as the fumes are less noxious, but it still kills spores.

I like peroxide. After you treat the tank it breaks down and really doesn't even need a water, one is recommended but it leaves nothing behind that will harm fish.

How should I apply it? Do you dilute it at all or just use it to scrub the walls?
