I just found these guys today when feeding them. I removed all the ones that I saw on this tubing immediately after taking these pictures. They inch along, so they‘re definitely not planaria, and they‘re too fat to be detritus worms, too black to be bloodworms…and that‘s about as far as my aquarium worm knowledge goes. They‘re not leeches, right?
I don‘t think a template is needed for this, so I won‘t fill one out just yet. I do 40% water changes every two weeks and it‘s a 10 gallon tank. Just wanna know if I need to treat the tank!
Edit: Did some more digging, found some more, and got some better looks. I think they might be drain moth larvae…I think I would‘ve preferred leeches. How do I get rid of them?
