Black Spots on my Tetra

Please help! I got four bleeding hearts a couple of days ago and noticed that the one in this picture has started to grow small black spots on its body and fins. You can see two on its anal fin and one between it's eye and heart spot. Its right side is a quite a bit worse, but I couldn't get it to stay turned around long enough to get a picture. Does anyone know what type of disease this is and how I can treat it? Or should I just take the fish back so that my other fish don't get infected or is it too late for them too? If you need water parameters etc, I can provide them, but I have another bleeding heart and two guppies that have been in the tank for weeks now with no signs of spots or disease.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the bump, Ken! My tetra isn't any worse or better. I've tried raising the temperature to 81 degrees and adding two teaspoons of salt (23 gallon tank) with no change. My other fish are still fine. Any help would really be appreciated.
