Black skirt tetra babies help!!!!!!

I think one my black skirt tetras just laid eggs but I am not sure? I have never had any fish babies or really seen any eggs in my tank and I have no idea what to do! I noticed this today when I was about to clean my tank! Please let me know if in fact this is a fish egg sac and if so what I should do? I do not have another filtered tank to put them in, only a filter-less 2 gallon bowl. I have 7 neons , 3 cories, 3 black skirts and 1 rubber lip pleco in the tank as well but one of my black skirts has been blown up so I am assuming it is her that laid this egg stream?? I have no idea where to start or how to handle this, someone please advise, thank you.
Sorry to say, but those aren't black skirt-eggs to me. They are egg scatters. Eggs fall seperated to the ground (and will often be eaten).

I am sorry I am such a beginner what are egg scatters? Is it safe to clean my tank as these are not viable eggs, thank you so much for the reply.

Do you have a mystery snail in the tank by chance? It really looks like a mix of snail mucus/waste to me.
Once you have enough posts to do so, please fill out your profile for tank information.
Since this is your first post, welcome to the forum!
Also, when you have a chance, definitely take a look over the information on the nitrogen cycle It'll help you get an understanding of the biology in the tank.

No snails in the tank, so what could this be, if not eggs? I have 7 neons, 3 cori's, 3 black skirts and a rubber nose pleco. Now I am worried as to what this is, I am very diligent on my water changes and my water is very clear. Yes I just realized I have no information on myself and my tank, will do, as I know that will help when posting, thank you.

Egg-scatters drop there eggs all around the place without taking care of them (often even eating them) all the eggs are all loose ones (no clutches of eggs).

Maybe just "bad poop"? I watched one of my dojo loaches excrete something like that the first time I fed him peas.
