Black Racer not Moving for 4 days

So I have a 10 gallon tank with 4 snails (2 apple and 2 nerite.) All of the others are thriving, but Shadow, my black racer nerite, has suddenly stopped moving around the tank. I found him upside down on the sand as if he fell off the wall. I flipped him over and put some food near him but he never moved. Today I was going to check and see if had passed, but I then saw him begin to curl in and his antenna move a bit.

Is he dying?
Is there anything I can do for him?
They have all been living in the same tank for probably 4 months.

Have you done a water test? What’s your ammonia / nitrite / nitrate levels? It’s also possible it did fall or get knocked over and it was stressed. If it’s moving it’s antennae and showing it’s body it’s probably just recovering.
