Black ick? What is this and how do I treat it?

My new goldfish has both the normal white ick and spots that look like ick, but BLACK! What is this? How do I treat it? Would normal ick meds cure it? How about PraziPro?

They look something like this. I think this is black spot tubifex worms but I’m not sure how to cure it.

Nope! But thank you! I will start it on PraziPro right away! I’ve spent more on meds than on the fish!
