Oooh excited to see what they might be! Meanwhile I'm here with my empty tank still lol! Good news is I'm getting lighting this weekend so should be a good start. Where did you get them from? Also happy birthday!

Hi,
Got them from world of water, it's a blasyo and a hI fin red banded goby with a tragic backstory, he was part of a goby shrimp pair for £60, however his shrimp passed away, I came in and asked, he was half priced for obvious reasons , and the guy reduced it to £25 because I forgot to take my 15 badge from my hoodie .

I still haven't though of a name for him yet but he is so cute.

, I though it was about time, the reef needed movement. When I found his backstory out and saw him all alone.. I needed him

Desired to call him Desmond/des after the goby DESert.

He is less timid now and worth every penny of that £25.

Just topped up the water in my tank and Desmond tried to swim up the turkey baster as that is where his food comes from. I may get him a buddy, what else apart from a pistol shrimp will he pair up with?

Sometime they can pair with another goby.

If that’s the only fish in it they will be.

Sad news... Sadly I checked up on des today and couldn't find him anyware, I tested salinity (he usually hides) so I didn't think much of it at the time, I picked up the Jerry can to top up with RO, and found him dried up on the ground behind ☹️. He must have pretty good aI'm as there is only one small hole in the lid.

I'm so sorry. I've heard that gobies are very good jumpers.
