hi there guys just been looking on my LPS website and they have just got in some bio-pearls, so i have read though the description and said it was used for salt water, so looked around the web and anything with this product has been use for saltwater tanks (Aquamarina bio pearls), so my question is can it be used with freshwater or is there anything similar i could use?
oh, and one more question what the does anaerobic mean with in a fishtank?

Anaerobic refers to being able to live without the presence of oxygen, or at least in a low-oxygen environment.

Sorry I can't help with the rest.
