Would a 29 gallon tank be big enough to quarantine 6-8 2 inch discus for a month or so?

The minimum tank size for just 5 Discus is 55gals. They will most likely be stressed from being quarantined anyways, so a 29gal is rather small for 8 Discus.

Personally I don't know much about discus but I wouldn't go for it, discus require a large tank. even though they are small discus they still need a lot of space to move around in. if you think that the tank is bigger enough then go for it but my personal opinion is no.
hope that helped :)

I am considering ordering some discus on line and the only open tank I have to use for quarantine is a 29 gallon. Their final home would be my 125 gallon community tank. I just don't want to add them in there without quarantine. I was thinking it was too small and just wanted to confirm it. I guess I will just have to wait until another tank opens up.
