What size air pump do I need to run a air stone and two sponge filters my 30-60 gallon is not powerful enough

I don't know what size you need but I would go with a double outlet [one that has two airlines]. It's easier to control air flow and better for the pump.

I have 2x Fluval Q1 air pumps I bought at different times for about $15 each.
They have dual outlets. Each outlet is rated at 124-lpm I believe.
They run my sponge filters just fine.
Also, if you can find Top Fin air pumps on sale at Petsmart, they are rebranded Danner Supreme air pumps.
The Top Fin 4000 has dual outlets and has about 135-lpm per outlet.
The Top Fin 8000 has 4 outlets with about the same 135-lpm of air per outlet.
Petsmart has their Top Fin house brand on sale all the time from 20% - 50% off.
Look for air line combo kits from Amazon. I bought one for cheap last year that had a ton of hose line, T-connectors, check valves, adjustable valves, air stones, fittings, etc etc.
Very handy kit to have. T-connectors are great to have to combine 2 outlets into one output to increase air volume, or to split off two lines from 1 outlet.

I picked up a Tetra Whisper 150 ($32 on Amazon) for my 54 gallon. It's running 2 sponge filters and 2-24" bubble curtains. Yes I also have an appropriate canister filter.

Ricksza , how do you like that Tetra 150?
Is it about as loud as a typical air pump, or a bit louder due to it being larger?

It's probably about the same noise level as the Tetra 10 & Tetra 40 as long as it's on a towel. Without a towel, the vibration gets transmitted through the feet and the air line. I was using the 10, it was okay for the bubble curtains, but it couldn't handle 2 sponge filters.
The tank is the one in my avatar, but it's been transformed about a week ago. The center piece is gone (I felt it was too bulky for the tank), the blue gravel has been exchanged for pool filter sand and live plants are now planted on the sides. The fish seem to enjoy the sand & more open spaces.
