Not sure if my Betta's right fin was already like this when I first got him but it's been like this for a couple months. He's perfectly normal with the perfect water parameters etc. ph may be a little high at 8.2 but he's adapted for awhile now. His left fin is straight but this one curls like this. Is this bad for him? IMG_1425.jpeg

No, sometimes a certain fin on betta will curl, a couple of mine had a shorter fin than the other one, or one of them curled a bit, it’s nothing to be concerned about.

Completely normal as long as it’s not torn or frayed, he’s fine. Think of it as a unique feature. Not every betta will be perfect. He’s a beauty!
