Betta With Abrasions

Yesterday, all of a sudden, I noticed my betta had many abrassion sores. I originally thought this was because he tried to go through a plastic ornament that later took out of his tank. I put some tea tree oil / melafix in his tank to help him heal. However, now I am wondering if it is something more serious. Could this be columnaris? Either way, I am going to treat him with furan-2, kanaplex, and methylene blue. I might add some salt too, but maybe not. I think I should treat this, even if it is just an abrasion, with antibiotics because such sores could lead to an infection.

Yesterday he had some abrasions on the other side, but I didn't take a picture of it. Here is that side today:

Today with a flash:

Here it the ornament that might have caused the abrasion if it is just an abrasion, right now:

However, maybe that ornament isn't the source of his sores. I took it out regardless though.

Also, notice his tail fin. He was healing from fin rot and getting better for more than a month now. However, if you see the picture, you can see that he lost some. I think that might be more bacteria related than this ornament could cause probably.

So my question is, can you identify this as something beyond abrasions? Is it Columnaris? in addition, do you think I should use anything else besides kanaplex, furan-2, and methylene blue?

Mind you I'm no expert but here are my thoughts.
I believe that abrasion (if it is an abrasion) is from an ornament of yours, even if it's not that particular one. I would suggest continuing with the treatment you have going on just in case it's more than that.
However, I also suggest swapping your plastic plants for silk or live ones. I notice my Betta leaning against or laying on the leaves of my silk plants often. If it is an abrasion, it could be caused from him trying to lounge on your plastic plants and irritating his scales.

After five days of furan-2, kanaplex, methylene blue, and aquarium salt his sores look duller; however, I think his tail fin has gotten worse some. In addition, he was lying at the bottom of the tank for a while today like he couldn't take it anymore, so I am going to stop meds. I am going to treat him with just methlyene blue and a little aquarium salt. I think the meds are too much for him right now.

Here are some pics of him after four days of that treatment:

As he was lying on the ground a lot, I reckon he is very sick. I decided to add furan-2 and kanaplex again.

In addition, because of it being summar now, his water temperature was about 83.3 Fahrenheit, so I replaced some of his tank water with cold water, and he is swims around more. It looks like that was a major reason for his lethargy. More so, it looks like heat is going to be a major problem for the months to come and for more of my tanks, so I will look into buying lots of ice packs.

This morning, he was lying around under the plastic piece. I approached the tank, and he swam around temporary before flashing a few times on a silicon piece at the end of a thermometer. Then, he went back to lying and under his plastic piece. So, I changed his water, but it didn't change his behavior from lying on the aquarium floor.

His sores have gotten duller, but I don't see any spots or areas that fully healed or changed back to white scales. His tail rot has stayed the same. It hasn't declined nor healed any.

Because he flashed and he is not healing quick enough, I need to adjust his medication. I am wondering what to add or stop giving him. Maybe I should give him besides methylene blue, metroplex + furan-2 or metroplex + prazipro.I don't know what to do.
