Betta Very Sick

I have acquired a Betta from a girl at work, I went away for 2 weeks and came back to a very I'll fish, I do not know what to do so far, jungle fungus, kanaplex..please help me, he was bloated, but pooped a very big poop

I also have tried the pea, he ate yesterday 2 pellets that I soaked in garlic guard, the water changes have been done according to the directions from the medicine, he has a heater, a filter without the "filter"in a 5 gal tank

Can you fill this out?

People can help better with all the info.

Did he have finrot before you left?

That looks like finrot that progressed to body rot. Idk if he can heal from that or not

He did have an area, but seeing as I never had one and she was going to let it die, I took it and was leaving 2 hrs after, the office was looking after it, and that is what I came back to

Any update on this poor guy? That's one of the worse cases of fin/body rot that I've ever seen.
