Betta tank divider question

Okay I got another betta, and I want to split my 10 gall, have Murphy on one side and Phantom on the other, but I need a tank divider that I can put in the tank when the tank has water in it. That dang tank NEEDS to stay cycled (I've had minI cycle problems before.) So please help me with an idea for a DIY divider that can be put in a WET tank. Thanksx

Yeah, but to do that you need to silicone the folder things to the side and that requires a DRY tank. I need to be able to put a divider in a WET tank.

use the same idea & improvise.

cut the canvas to size.
cut the report card folder to size such that they suit 3 sides of the canvas (bottom & the 2 sides)
silicon the report card folder to the canvas (not the tank) so u don't have to worry abt the canvas slipping out if yr fish knocks into it or if your air pump is very strong

instead of using silicone to hold the sides of the report card holder to the tank, use paper clips to latch it onto the top of the tank (as mentioned in the betta thread). Use bigger or longer size paper clip so u can better manipulate them to fit.

Otherwise, get another report card holder for the top but ensure its longer so it sticks out and sits over the top of your tank.

use some gravel or pebbles to hold the bottom.

if u r hard working...silicon some pebbles to the bottom canvas & report card holder. That would make it stay more firm in your WET tank.
