I cannot count how many times the rays split in the tail but a normal HM will not have the slightly spiky edges as this girl does. Could be a delta but likely of no specific fin type. Normally a VT has the spiky edges like that but the tail isn't drooping nor coming to a definitive point. Not a plakat, not a CT and I would say not a HM.

If I had to guess I'd say delta. Can you count how many times a single ray splits? Look at the base of the tail and follow one ray to the end of the fin, how many times does it branch? Altogether, how many little rays are at the end of a single ray starting from the base of the tail? Does this make sense because I don't know how to explain this very well
