Earlier i was looking in my betta tank at a skull decoration, getting creeped out thinking the dark, empty eye socket had a Terminator red eye glowing in it....nope, was just this guy coming out!! (This pic was a bit later of him crawling into the other socket)

I was creeped out by my 40gal, I woke up in the middle of the night to see this weird shadow on my wall. I looked behind to see my goldfish staring at me, lit by the red light on the heater. He's so spooky

Lol! When I had my pleco I'd be looking at the driftwood or something without noticing he was there... I'd look over and see Mr. Pleco all paled out and frozen from having me standing there 2 inches away staring into his home. Then poof, suddenly he'd be gone and leave a cloud of mulm and gravel behind lol. Same thing but from the fishes perspective

Maybe your snail is repaying a favor?

Well...this is the snail i didn't see for the first 2 weeks. When he finally came out of hiding, i had to grab my daughter because she obsessed for a few days at finding all the snails.

Haha nice! I can't wait for my kids to start showing interest in the fish. They are a bit too young right now

Yeah, they're my favorites. I was just worried that he'd get hurt being of the water!
The thing with that pleco was that whenever I put my hand in the tank, he'd swim over and attach his rough little mouth to my arm. Very cute.

Poor thing
Yeah. I’ve noticed some red around where the eye was but I think it’s just irritation, and I’m hoping it’s not infection. She’s acting normal though so that’s good.
lol, I too have a poor quality camera how did he lose his eye? rescue?
Nope I have no idea how, just woke up this morning and she was missing an eye....

Glad my pleco never did that. He was about 10 inches long! Have been nipped at by tiger barbs and bettas on many occasions... the tiger barbs liked to go after my arm hairs too

That's crazy!! hope she pulls through!! I think its probably a good sign that it just looks a bit irritated though. I would expect worse after randomly losing an eye
