Betta In Rough Shape?

So my betta fish hasn't been doing very well lately. We've had her about a year now and she is in a filtered and heated tank. In the fall she became very sick and we transported her to a bowl that we made sure had very warm water. Eventually she recovered and she was fine. Except now she is not doing well again, and would not eat. Yesterday I tried a epsom salt bath treatment and she at this morning. Her symptoms and lethargy, and she's having trouble as she keeps floating back to the top (swI'm bladder?). Also she for some reason is very tiny despite the fact that we've had for almost a year, she's actually hasn't grown much. On top of that I've noticed her spine is a little curved. I read something saying that bettas organs and insides can grow, but not their outsides, leaving them deformed? Is this her problem? Or something else? I almost feel like I should just put her out of her misery, but my mom actually really likes this fish, and I don't want to upset her (especially since Sunday is Mother's Day). Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Pictures would help if you can get some. I'm dealing with a floating betta right now.

Is there an area that is turning whitish on top of her head?

You want something with nitrofurazone in it. Usually people have an easier time finding Jungle Fungus Clear fizz tabs because Walmart carries them.

Jungle Fungus Clear Tabs are sold at Walmart and other medicines that contain Nitrafurazone can be found online. Lots of water changes will also help with fin rehgrowth. She also seems to have swim bladder disorder which can usually be fixed by fasting for a few days and then feeding a deshelled pea.

The best thing thing to do is plenty of water changes and, as I said earlier, fast her and feed a deshelled pea for her SBD.

Unfortunately, this is medication time not aquarium salt time.
