I am having issues with my female betta, she seems to have some dark spot growing on her dorsal fin.

She is currently in a hospital tank of 12litres. NO3 is at 50mg/l, NO2 is 0, ammonia is 0, ph 7,2, temperature is 25.5 Celsius.

She been has been in the tank two weeks, the first week I ran a course of Melafix. On the second week I ran a course of Protozin and Melafix.

Spots seemed to get slightly bigger, they kind of look like black algae.

I don't know if this a disease or how to treat it.

Welcome to Fishlore!
If you are referring to the small, evenly spaced black spots on her dorsal fin, that is likely her colouration/pattern coming in. Many bettas have that pattern - not sure what it's called but I'm sure someone else here can tell you. She may get them on her other fins too.
Also, just a heads up - medications ending in 'fix', like Melafix, Pimafix etc, are not usually recommended for use with Bettas - it can harm their labyrinth organ.
