Betta fish with scales falling off?

this morning i looked into my aquarium and noticed that my koi betta had a pale spot directly on top of his head. With the coronavirus going around, i want to be able to order the treatment(if required)as soon as possible. All answers are welcomed, thank you for your time!

i cant see any symptoms of ick, there are no white spots whatsoever

 

It could be a infection

 

ive talked to some experienced people on discord, its probably only a scratch from a rock. im still going to be keeping an eye on him tho
