Betta Fish Salt Bath Length

Can't find link, maybe it's removed.
But I do remember procedure he was explaining.
It was Asian fish vet in huge fishroom explaining how to do bath and dip, what kind of salt etc.

The method I explained above is DIP

Hey, my betta has same problem..initially nitrate level got too high and it caused stress to my betta, we did WC and added salt because it started to show fungal infection and also fin rot. Nitrate is lowest now and betta is moving and eating just fine but still sits down sometimes and can see white fuzzy mark on upepr fins and white marks on larger fins below. I was wondering, if i should do salt bath as fungus seems to be more visible. Also, wNted to know while doing salt bath , can i just use tap water adding nutrafin water conditioner and salt?
