Betta fish Popeye HELP!

My bettafish has a severe case of Popeye. He's 3-4 years old and normally pretty active. I noticed that his eye was very cloudy and enlarged so I immediately started treatment with bettafix. I changed the water, added some aquarium salt, and continued the treatment for 12ish days. I know the bottle says to only use it for 7 days but I noticed improvement and decided to continue the treatment. His eye is less enlarged and less cloudy but he is still feeling lethargic and and I haven't seen him eat in a while (I still feed him). Should
I continue the treatment? (I bought 3 bottles of bettafix and I finished them all, I'm going to buy more tomorrow if I decide to continue). I would also like to add that he is in a 10 gallon tank that has live plants and plenty of water flow and aeration.

That's a lot of chems. Maybe keep changing the water every other day?
My bala got pop eye when I transferred her and i did water changes frequently it is almost completely gone now, jist a little haze swelling went down almost immediately.
If their is any sharp decor in the tank or rough that the fish could potentially scrape their eyes against take it out for now.

NOPE. If you did a full treatment and it says to stop, then you listen to the medicine.
I suggest a 50% tank change every day for the next three days to remove all the salt and bettafix.
I also want you to buy a more intense medicine, any fish medicine that says it treats popeye, and doesn't say bettafix/melafix/pimafix. This is because the 'fix line is only good for weaker diseases, which after being treated for 12 it should be better.
Also, could you post a pic of your betta?

What medicine would you recommend? He normally hangs around the edges or in his cave. I turn off the light to relieve any unwanted stress.

I'm not seeing any pop in the eye, so it might be eye cloud. You could use Furan-2 or EM erythromycin. I use both on my fish with success as they are the strongest medicine you can buy. But If you go to your local pet store(LPS) and they have something else that isn't a 'fix medicine that treats eye cloud you could use that. Avoid all-in-one treatments, they are weaker to fix many little problems.
Its a good thing he is in a 10 gallon, its will be easier to dose medications. Nothings quite like trying to cut packaged medication for a 2.5g.
Also, since this is a stronger medication you need to listen to the instructions, do not repeat the dose unless it says you can! Strong medication can kill your fish if the instructions aren't followed.
