Betta Fish Mouth Question

Hey guys,

So I finally got my betta! She got here earlier today and she handled overnight shipping great. Her name is Airship Assassin (named after a character skin in Apex Legends lol), and she's currently in a 10g quarantine tank while her permanent home is still cycling. Super energetic and hungry right out of the bag, all great but I have some concerns with her mouth.

Im not sure if it's normal and I'm overreacting, or if it's something I should be concerned with. Her mouth is never fully closed/she seems to have keyhole lips to put it simply. Shes coming up to the surface regularly for air which is good but are the lips just a slight deformity ?? I've added some pictures in which you can see.

My bettas mouth is always a bit open too. Should be normal.

yea she's doing awesome and it doesn't seem to bother her or hinder her monster appetite haha. i definitely love her already, thank you!!
