Betta fish medication for fin rot (urgent)

hihi! my betta fish recently got fin rot (like cotton wool about his fins) i'm treating him right now with blue planet fungus cure (malchite green and acriflavine) and it seems to be working well even after just adding it in.
do i do any water changes daily and if so how much? or just a 100% water change before adding the second dose?
