Betta Fish Lump

Hello, I just noticed this morning that my betta fish, Bloo, has a lump on his right side. It’s a small bump but I didn’t see it yesterday. He’s acting normal and eating but it definitely doesn’t look normal, anyone seen this before?
He's in a five gallon tank and I just did a water change today. He eats Fluval Bug Bites betta formula twice a day. I've seen him bloated before and it doesn't look like this, and this is only on one side.
He's about 3 years old.

 

Looks like an internal tumor. Nothing can be done, but it's usually harmless and shouldn't affect him.

He's acting perfectly normal, energetic and eating.

I would say it’s a tumor, if it doesn’t seem to be effecting him chances are it’s not. Just keep us updated if anything changes! With how inbred bettas are it isn’t a shock to see deformities every now and again

Thanks, I'll let you know if something changes but as of right now he's still acting normal and the bump is still there.
