    *Parameters - Very Important

    Illness & Symptoms
How long have you had this fish? A year and 2 months
How long ago did you first notice these symptoms? 2 weeks ago
In a few words, can you explain the symptoms? Extreme lethargy. Not eating.
Have you started any treatment for the illness? No
Was your fish physically ill or injured upon purchase? No
How has its behavior and appearance changed, if at all? Explain your emergency situation in detail. Two weeks ago I noticed my fish was laying on the bottom of the tank and was not interested in food. He would also swim extremely quickly around the tank for really short bursts, sometimes crashing into the sides. I went to the pet store and they said he was stressed or bored. I did a complete water change and got him a mirror which he did not react to. Now he's worse and actually lies on his side at the bottom of the tank. He hasn't eaten for multiple days. I lowered the water in the tank to try to help him reach the top for air which he does sometimes. It also looks like he has something growing on the tip of his fin. It's white and looks fuzzy. His physical appearance looks no different other than that. Please help. 20190316_012835.jpg20190316_012845.jpg

The white fuzz could be ich. Does it look like he is sinking? If so, he could have swum blatter disorder.
