Betta fins curling?

The front of my male Bettas analfin is beginning to curl and I'm not sure why.

All perimeters are normal.

Tank mates include
2 ADF
1 Nerite snail

Various plants.

Can you give exact water parameters? What's your water change schedule?

I wouldn't keep ADFs with a betta - ADFs have poor eyesight and can nip your betta.

0/0/20-40(can't tell the difference in the color)

Water changes are 50% Sunday's and Wednesday's so tomorrow will be a water change.

They eat on separate sides of the tank, and when it's not feeding time the frogs stay in the shade under my driftwood away from the Betta, so no incidents now. And I know that isn't the cause of the fin curl.

Do you have nitrates in your tap?

I haven't tested my tap for nitrates. And won't be able to until tomorrow morning.

What is your PH?
High PH can cause fin curls in bettas, it won't harm him at all.

Ph is 7.4

I just don't want it to curl anymore, I love his fins and am hoping to get to the root of the issue.

7.4 isn't that high, I'm not sure what it could be.

Okay, I haven't gotten to test the tap yet, but I've been reading and some sources say fin curling is due to lack of vitamin D. Is there a way, other than putting his tank in front of a window that I can supplement this?

Flowingfins I read it on a few different Betta breeding sites, have you ever experienced this?

I have, but only because of high PH. Mine is at 8.4.
