Hey guys, I think my Betta has fin rot and I do not want to use any salt solution. I 50% weekly water changes. My water always tests fine. Is there a certain medication I should try or should I just let him be and see what happens. I'm not sure how bad it is!

What are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate)? And what is the tank size?

He looks okay to me, fin rot is usually caused by poor water quality so usually water changes in a cycled tank do the trick.
38 gallon tank. Ammonia 0, nitrite 0 and nitrate 10-20. So you think he looks okay? I wasn't sure. He acts okay, swims around all day usually never in hiding and eats like crazy!
