Hey guys, What's the best filter for a betta tank. My tank is 5 gallons. I know bettas do not like a current.

A sponge filter?(like oxygen plus bio-filter 11 or atI hydro 1)
HOB?( I already have an ac 20)
which should I choose

I would go with a sponge filter. They work great for biological filtration and produce a very gentle current. You won't have to worry about filter baffles or modifications to keep your betta from being blown around the tank

Great. Which do you think is better. The oxygen plus or the hydro?

Personally, I'd buy the hydro sponge. I rather buy a quality product that was made in the USA over its Chinese counterpart.
