Sorry to see the little guy like this. :'(

I have a few questions.

Is he still eating?

Is he still coming to the top for air?

Is he pooping?

Where exactly is he now? In the 5 gallon? Key here would probably be just keep doing those water changes, small ones frequently.

He has not been eating. However he was still pooping yesterday I think. Occasionally he will come to the top for air other time he sits at the bottom. And yes he is in the five gallon.

Don't panic over the lack of appetite just yet. Bettas can go a long time without food. If he doesn't want to eat it may be down to stress and once he's settled in his appetite may return.
