Betta Constipated, Or...?

I noticed about three days ago that my betta doesn't seem to be pooping. Like he tried, but is unable to really get it out, and it's just been sitting there for days. I've managed to get some pictures, and he's looked pretty much the same since I noticed. But despite this, he's still been acting fine. Swims just as actively as always, and eats eagerly when I feed him, which I've been doing less of just in case.
I feed him frozen blood worms and the occasional dried blood worm. I will admit that it's possible I've been overfeeding him a bit, but he never seemed bloated.

I've had fish in the past become constipated and get internal parasites, but he doesn't act at all as those fish did, so I'm not sure what that is or if it's something I even need to worry about.

I've had this betta for about a month now. The 5 gallon tank has been running for much longer, so it's fully cycled and all that. Weekly water changes, and the perimeters look fine to me.
PH: 7.4

I see worms sticking out of him, that's not a good sign.
It's most likely camallanus worms, and you can treat this.
I would suggest fasting him for this time and feed him a deshelled boiled pea if needed.

Levamisole is a good medication to treat worms with, you will also need to follow up with lots of water changes.

Where do you see the worms? I was thinking the stuff on his underside looked like a fungus maybe? I could definitely be wrong though.

Worms?? Wonder how that happened... Time to do some research!
But when I typed in levamisole, a medication that I bought for my latest battle with fish parasites popped up, so I assume that would work if that is his problem?

I certainly hope it's not fungus, since I have no idea how to treat that.

Camallanus worms look like stringy fungus poking out of the fish, and that’s what I see here.

Which medication popped up?

Oh yeah, I guess that's important information. It's this General Cure stuff. I tried looking on the box for the word "levamisole", but I didn't see anything. Then again, I didn't have time to look for too long..
