Thanks Lucy

For accident, random fish, they sure turned out to be interesting!

They haven't spawned again yet. I'm getting some blackworms this weekend to re-infuse their tank, so hopefully the weather will conveniently turn at the same time... LOL would be awesome.

This is the first time I've gotten an alert since the last time I posted

They're gorgeous! I also love how Java fern pops in blackwater tanks. The wife and hubby pic is so cute!! I can see why they're your favorites LOL

They gobbled down some blackworms tonight. Ate at an incredible rate. A ridiculous rate.

All of the blackworms (and I added several tweezerfulls) are now gone x.x they are such PIGGIES.

I got an interesting prepared food today that is mostly meaty protein so I'm going to try using it as a staple. It looks really promising.

Lol.... Bettas are very good at being piggies. After several tweezerfuls, I'm surprised they can still swim

Is it a gel or a dried food? (The new stuff)

I.... don't.... ?

It's a weird tablet thingy that sticks to the wall of the tank. Starts out dry, becomes a gel, and slowly turns to powder in the tank.

I put a piece of one in there, but I can't find the male, which... I'm hoping... babies? Because I fed them the blackworms? I hope? LOL we'll see. The female sadly didn't seem interested in it, so I guess their snails will be having a nice snack.
