Every time I think my fish are okay...

I'm hoping its just constipation but am worried about parasites. He's been eating well, active, actually flaring quite a bit lately at his reflection.

The tank next to his had columnaris last week, so I treated his tank for it as we'll with Jungle - Fungus Clear. I did a water change yesterday. Today he has .25 ppm ammonia, 0 nitrites, 0 nitrates... the pH is 6.8-7.2 (I use API master and can't tell the difference between those ranges) temp is 77.

What all have you tried so far? What are you parameters?

Param's are listed in last paragraph above. I just noticed and Havnt done anything. I plan on treating it like constipation and not feeding him tomorrow, then the next day giving him a either a pea, epsom salt, or both.

You can really see it at second 31 to 35 in the first video. Hard to get photos.

Do you think its just constipation?
I'm worried about him

Any thoughts? Advice? It's gotten worse

Go ahead with an epsom salt bath, fast for 3 days. You can do the bath twice daily if he tolerates it well. It's also possible to dose epsom in his tank at a lower dose than a bath and leave in for up to a week.

He seemed to be shocked by the bath, was completely motionless for a moment... so I guess he doesn't tolerate it so well?

Make sure the water similar parameters as the tank, and same temp. For him to be still is ok, but watch out for stressed behavior. He won't necessarily be happy in the bath, and may show his stripes, but as long as he looks ok, is swimming and breathing normally, it's ok.
